Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ®
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®) is a personality inventory based on C. G. Jung’s theory of psychological types. The test makes these personality types understandable and useful for people’s lives both personally and professionally. The basis of the test relies on the theory that behavior is based on differences in the way people use their perception and judgement. In the MBTI ® there are 16 distinct personality types, and the test gives each participant four letters that correspond to different personality preferences about their world, information, structure and decisions. Hundreds of studies over the past 40 years have proven the test to be valid and reliable, which is why Sandi chose to become an MBTI ® Certified Administrator. Through this personality indicator, Sandi can help clients learn more about themselves, their preferences and how to succeed by using these personality preferences to their advantage.
Change Style Indicator (CSI)

As a certified CSI facilitator through Discovery Learning, Inc., Sandi helps leaders increase effectiveness by maximizing the advantages and strengths that each style brings to an organization. Conflict is a constant in the workplace; managers spend 20 to 40 percent of their time dealing with it. The ability to handle conflict constructively is critical to leadership success. The Conflict Dynamics Profile assessment instrument helps leaders manage conflict by improving awareness about what triggers it and outlining effective responses to it. As a certified CDP facilitator through The Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College, Sandi helps leaders build conflict competence. Read about the Conflict Dynamics Profile.
Influence Style Indicator
Today’s leaders must work across culture, gender, age, geography and hierarchical boundaries. While difficult, these challenges can be overcome if leaders take the time to learn more about their influence style to ensure their message is being received as they intended. Sandi administers this indicator to clients to help them learn about the five unique influencing styles, learn more about their own individual style, understand when their style is best used and when it is best adapted, and improve their ability to connect with others using a variety of influencing styles. This indicator can easily correlate to other data such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® and Change Style Indicator, both of which Sandi is also a certified administrator. Learn whether you are an advocator or uniter and whether your style is rational, asserting, negotiating, inspiring or bridging. Most importantly, learn how to effectively and ethically influence others around you for more positive outcomes.
